How can I get my headlights to work?

My headlights and rear end lights an turning lights won't turn on. Only the turnig lights on the side mirrors work. I know it's not the bulbs because I have bought new bulbs and they still don't turn on. At first it was just one light that went out and then it came back on then when that started working again a different light went out and now all lights are out. If it's not the bulbs and it's not the battery because we just replaced our battery with a new battery about 7 months ago or less. What can it be? And how do I fix it?
