What is your question?
When driving at night and turning on my headlights, the brake lights illuminate and stay on which is shortly followed by the EPC light and temporary "limp mode", but letting off the gas and then resuming stops the limp mode. This happens everytime I turn my headlights on as of late. Additionally, while day time driving, the headlights come on when I press the brake. Should I just replace the computer and then trouble shoot as I have already done the brake light switch twice, replaced bulbs (VW recommendation), and battery recently.

It sounds like you should start testing at the engine fuses to make sure one is not going out/barely hanging on. Then, test the output of the alternator. Next, see if the oil pressure sending unit is working properly, and that all associated wires and connections are in good condition, free of open circuits. After that, test the inputs and outputs of the ECM to see if they are within specifications. If you don't have the ability to do so, it is time to bring it into a good shop.
