2007 vw jetta Fuse panel diagram/ down flow o2 sensor

I just bought an 07 vw jetta 2.5L as a parts car (the key switch was locked and wouldn't turn, we fixed that problem) the car runs ands drives but threw alot of codes mainly saying no communication. There were no fuses in the car when I purchased it. I need a diagram with all the proper fuses needed to run correctly. If anyone can help would be great. The guy also cut the catalytic converter off (so we temporarily put on a exhaust pipe to quiet it) it throws that oxygen sensor code my other jetta didn't have a converter either when I purchased it but it doesn't the code how can I get the new one to not throw a code until we work out all the kinks?
