Red flashing steering wheel light and beep

What is your question?

Driving down the freeway and the red steering wheel like came on flashed three times and beeped than turned off. Drove 30 mile home and nothing wrong. When to the store, light didn't come back on and made it there and back. Just started it again no light or anything. Does that mean I have a problem or a mistaken light. I was also at the time bumping with my subwoofers shaking the car very nicely with the bass...
