what's wrong when my 06 jetta 5 started not going over 30mph and later no start

What is your question?

i was adviced to change the crank shaft possesion sensor the next day and i did but it is stil not starting or giving sparks,what could be wrong? please help

thank you for trying to help, but it isn't th starter we did a spark test and th plugs ain't giving any spark ws thinking maybe th new crank sensor've be programmed before it can start work
