A STARTS GREAT ATER IT HAS BEEN STTING AFTER A SHORT DRIVE IT TAKES A LOT OF CRANKING TO GET IT RIRE UP JUST REPLACED BATERRY A WEEK AGO IT ALSO JUST PASSED STATE EMMISIONS TEST COULD USE SOME HELP CAN'T DECIDED IF IT IS FUEL OR ELECTRICAL
What makes this problem better or worse?
it seems to be after hthe engine is warmed up

Hello, You could wait for the check engine light, or scan to find if there are any pending codes. My first thought is the purge valve. They go bad a lot on VW/Audi, and you can test it by trying to blow through it while it is disconnected (should be closed).

It could be that as well, but that requires comparing the waveform to the normal type waveform/waveshape.
