How Do I fix this Epc light

What is your question?

You have to crank incurring and then it'll fire run rough and Reek of fuel you have to do that 3 or 4 times and there no fire up and the litle go off and it will sit there and run fine

What makes this problem better or worse?

Only when it cools down
