Clicking noise revving between 1000 - 1600 RPMs

What is your question?

when i rev/drive my car, between 1000 and 1600 rpms i hear a ticking/clicking noise, it goes away when above or below. it idles fine, and i just changed my coil packs. it runs perfect, but the noise makes me a bit nervous.
