The battery has 12 volts. Alternator is good. Car won’t start unless I have a jump pack on it. It just clicks.

A battery with 12 volts does not indicate the battery can handle a load. If it starts with the "jump pack", please have your battery tested to see if it can handle a load. I bet it won't.
