Hello, it could be the tread pattern of the tires making the noise. Tires, especially lower cost ones, for example, can go from smooth and quiet to noisy. The tread pattern harmonically can create this noise. That's just a guess, but it would seem to me if only the tires changed -- how did a bearing suddenly fail?
