Need help hooking up wires from the coil wiring harness to the actual wiring harness

I'm sorry, this isn't something we can help with in this forum. You'll need to obtain a wiring diagram through a workshop manual that you can purchase access to online (through sources such as AllData or Mitchell One), or check with your local VW dealership to see if they'll give you pages you need. They may not, as it's proprietary copyrighted information. Also, you'll need to indicate, wherever you find the information you need, what engine and transmission your vehicle is equipped with, and probably if it's a 49 state or California emissions vehicle.
