The engin shut down due to a clogged cataylic converter. Replaced it but still will not start

If motor stopped due to plugged cat I would hold pedal down while cranking, you might have wet spark plugs. starter fluid will help if that is the case. AER Auto Repair llc www.aerboise.com 208-424-6717
