how do i get the rear rotor off the car to replace it?

Did you try popping off the cap in the middle? Should be a bolt behind it with cotter pin. However, I would not suggest doing this without a Chiltons auto manual, or at least seeing how it's done on YouTube, I believe the new bearings, axle nut, have to be torqued. Good luck, hope I helped.
