What is your question?
Changed oil and oil filter on 2017 VW GTI SE. The oil filter adapter was changed to the new design 06L-115-678-Q. After starting the car the Oil Pressure stop car message came on. Oil level is OK, the filter is getting oil. No particular engine noise. Should I change the oil pressure sending unit?

Hello, Not yet, I wouldn't. I would check my work first, and make sure that there is nothing forgotten. Afterwards, test the oil pressure sensor, and see what it reads with engine off v. running. If it is showing no oil pressure but the engine is running smooth and normal, make sure the circuit is properly functioning and free of damage before replacement.
I agree with Casey, also ideally if no immediate problems arise on inspection you should install a mechanical gauge in place of oil pressure sender and verify you have oil pressure at specifications for that car. That will also eliminate and improperly installed adapter or gasket blocking pressure to the sensor or worse.
