what fuses controls radio and cigarette lighter

my cigarette lighter and radio have no power.......which fuses apply to these 2 systems?

The lighter and power point is fuse 40 in the panel to the lower left of the steering column. This would be 20 amp. Fuse 27 is for the digital sound system, a 30 amp fuse.
