Looking into replacing the long block of a 2012 VW GTI built in Feb 2012.

It appears the GTI's had different engines installed throughout 2012, 06J100039EX through 28 May and 06J1000036D, 29 May and after. Since I have a Feb 2012, will all of the components of the 06J100039EX engine still line-up on a 06J1000036D log block?
