Cooling fans can often continue to run for a period of time after the engine is shut off -- so this is not evidence of any failure. Those codes are not OBDII codes; OBDII codes start with a "P", and those numbers do not correspond to anything I can find in reference manuals. Testing should be performed with a Volkswagen approved diagnostic tool referring to a shop manual to know what is happening here, and whether it is proper or not.
