Oil and air will blow out the dip stick tube or fill cap opening.

We replaced dip stick tube which had a break, so stick is tight now but did have oil blowing out, It still does if we remove cap while it's running. Wanted to make sure it is normal for pressure to be building in crank case while running, or is there a vent that may be clogged or a pcv valve or something else.
Otherwise, no leaks and only noise is the usual loud diesel sound.
