I have a TDI it gives me a p0113 fault code (air temp sensor 1circuit g42: High)

What is your question?

I have tested the wiring it test right, I have tested the Air flow meter and replaced it but still not right. The engine light is on and the turbo doesn't feel like it is working. has anyone got info?
