Car won't start right away, i can hear the clicking though and lights come up to

I have a 2015 CC, sometimes my car won't start. I can hear some clicking and all lights will come up but car won't start and I have to keep trying it to get it to start. I went to the mechanic and they said battery is not recharging and that everything else seems alright. So I got a new battery. Few days after the new battery I am having the same issue. It won't start for a little bit and then after trying about 5 or 6 times it will start. And this only happens may be once or twice a week. Anyone else having similar issues? any suggestions and help would be appreciated. Thanks
