My battery died and i took the positive part off of the battery to and when I put it back on and jumped my car and turned my car back on my steering wheel was hard to turn and the red steering wheel popped up on the dash board. So How do I turn the red steering wheel light off of my 2012 volkswagen cc sport. I wanna know how to fix the lock that is on my steering wheel. And I want to know how to turn that red steering wheel light off that's on my car dash board and how much it cost

It's worse when the engine is running
