My seat belt alarm both lights up on dash and bell rings.
What is your question?
Even though my seat belt is securely buckled, my dash indicator light activates as well as the bell, indicating an unbuckled belt. Anyone else with this problem...possible recall...fix? Other forums have reported as a common problem with no dealer fix.

There is a recall for seat belt harness for passenger seat. Might be the problem you're looking for.
