Hello, my suggestion would be to consult your local Volkswagen dealership. There could be a setting that is not set properly. Dealership product specialists should be able to assist you setting up your system as you desire it to be, verifying that everything works as it should, and then turning you over to service department personnel in the case it is malfunctioning.
