My 2015 beetle will start but shortly dies. Battery was just replaced 1 mos Ago

This is a new problem. It sits outside in below freezing temps. I left it running for 2 over hours the other day on accident but it started yesterday no problem. Today it’s hard to start and then shortly dies.
