Hi - Dave here, contributing to RepairPal and providing expert advice since 2010. When the windows go up when closing the doors, it is usually something that is calibrated and set with the window system. Is this a convertible Beetle? Does not have to be, but often times it's convertible vehicles that the windows raise after doors are shut. If it's not doing it, a calibration procedure should be carried out.
