driver side power window very slow to close

Sounds like the window run needs to be lubed or replaced. That is the problem about 99% of the time. But you could have a regulator or motor going bad also. Try to lube the rubber on the side where the window slides up and down on, the work the window up and down a few times, then see if it get better.
