When you disconnected the battery,the computer reset then to factory settings. You have monitors that are not set to ready and you will need to complete a drive cycle before all monitors set to ready and will not pass emissions testing until they set to ready.normally 50-150 miles of stop and go,highway,in town driving should set the monitors to ready.
