Lower control arm mounting bolts into the subframe will not tighten

What is your question?

The bolts appear to thread into the sub frame . Do I need to replace the sub frame. The driver side bolt had worked out only to catch on the axel so I was able to put in back in but it will not tighten. I checked the other side and also doesn't tighten. Suppose to be able to torque at 70
