Labor time R & R is about 12 Hours, If your rebuilding it its 24 Hours is a big long difficult job recommended for a A mechanic i recommend you let the Tech do this for you.

I don't think it is a s simple as changing from a 1.8L to a 2.0L engine the computer and control systems are going to be different and fro pollution control regulations you must replace "like with like" in there eyes.
