The misfire codes (P0300 - P0304) are sharing that there is an engine performance issue that needs troubleshooting and resolution. You'll need to get help from a local shop to find out what's happening. I do not know why it will not drive forward based on the limited information you've shared. I do not see a crankshaft or throttle position sensor issue being present based on what you've shared.
