Last year I left the key in the ignition which drained the battery. I waited and was able to turn the car back on, but since then everytime i start the car the hazard lights and dashboard lights flicker for 1.5 minutes. I replaced the battery this year but the problem did not go away. Everything else on the car functions normally. My mechanic and the dealership do not know what to make of it.
