Cooling Fan/Radiator fan does not turn off. it seems like it always running.

The fan may stay running with the car off, but I don't know about "for hours" or even "hours later". For a short duration after the car is off, no worries for the battery. But if it should continue, you could have some kind of sticking relay or other electrical concern worth looking into. Be especially aware of any non-factory add on items being tapped into factory wiring, as this could cause crazy stuff to happen.
