Clutch activation is low

Hi this is Dusty, I'm one of the auto experts on RepairPal's Car Genius team. Sounds like you're doing everything to keep the mighty Yaris road-worthy, that's awesome! If there were no issues before replacement of the secondary cylinder and clutch, I would revisit them before going any further, just to ensure that everything is in order. The whirring noise could be coming from the throw-out bearing, if it's not properly installed it can cause noise and engagement issues. As for the bleeding of the hydraulics, if there's an issue affecting the engagement point it could make the process more difficult to get all of the air out of the system.
