Yarius, is bleeding the clutch independent of bleeding the brakes?

Can I bleed the clutch before bleeding the brakes? I understand that the brakes and clutch share the same fluid reservoir. But is the clutch setup independent such that I can bleed it independently from bleeding the brakes. I do intend to bleed the brakes but want to do it later if possible. Just bought the car 2 wks ago and found low fluid level.

What makes this problem better or worse?

Have to force the clutch into gear and found fluid was low.
