Moonroof has opened but failed to close. Have closed manually but can not push glass from raised/venting to closed position. How do you close to down/sealed position? Also when using open/close and up/down button positions can hear clicking at the motor but motor does not operate. Does that mean motor has failed?

Hello, you may need to access the roof liner to get to the moon roof motor to find out what is happening. My impressions is that the track and gears could be binding more than a motor issue.
