2009 Toyota venza when you push the ignition button no lights come on in the instrument panel but the radio will play. Also when pressing the brake pedal it will turn over but not start. HELP!

This happens sparacticly, it may be when you need to start it or it will also just die while driving.

The first thing is that I suspect a battery that is low in power - must be tested and replaced if it cannot sustain a charge or load.
Secondly, I am not sure why things change when you depress the brake pedal. It could be that it's stimulating power where it has not been going - Even though it shouldn't be the case. It just means that hands on testing is needed.
