What causes the brakes to screech when backing out of the garage?

Garage is dry. Something like this would not be recorded in the computer would it? Dealer already dressed the rear rotors and replaced the pads. Didn't help. Truck has 8,000 miles on it. Been doing this randomly for quite a while.
