turn signal assembly

I have broken the turn signal assembly off the steering column. Can this be repaired without pulling the steering wheel ?

The best thing to do is to go here and get the proper documentation. Any time your are near the steering wheel, disconnect the battery so you won't set off the AIR BAG! http://bit.ly/alldata_repair_manuals
