02 sensor high voltage. 2006 Tundra 4.7

How do "all sensors test ok"? Are all sensors original equipment (Toyota) sensors? There is a consensus that aftermarket sensors do not perform well on these vehicles. Are you monitoring the circuit? I can't see a single reason to replace a processor. You can actually potentially make things worst by doing that. Which bank?
