Turn signals do not work!

What is your question?

I hooked up a newer trailer to my Tundra for the first time everything worked fine for about ten minutes then turning off the freeway the turn signals did not work, so I checked the 20amp fuse and it was ok. So the hazards work fine, but the turn signals don't work at all. The owners manuel does not state any other fuses for the turn signals. Could it be the flasher unit? I am at a loss here thanks
