engine shuddering, Tire plus tech's stated that brain not working porperly

spark plugs 2,4,6,&8 not firing properly. they said fuel has burnt plugs. ADVISED TO TAKE TO DEALER SO THEY COULD CHECK THE BRAIN, TO RESET. THEIR DIAGNOSTIC SAYS NO PROBLEM BUT ENGINE IS NOT FIRING PROPERLY.
