my toyota when i go about 20-30 miles hour it sounds like plastic grinding so i go faster and it goes away, i step aon gas again and nois coms back, i take it out of gear then put it back, ois goes away idk can some one tell me what can it be please

when i start my car its all good then i accelerate and a sound like plastic grinding i let go of accelarator and nois goes away, i put car in Revers and sounds like something is grinding and or hitting only when i accelarate it.
