engine revs for no reason when coming to a stop with foot on brake

has happened three (3) times in the last 3,700 miles. Truck has 13,700 miles on it. I am sole owner of truck. Toyota service could not duplicate and had me remove the floor mat (which was anchored and more than 4 inches from the accelerator.
