What is your question?

Will not start, battery shows 12.33V at rest, shows 5.86 with ignition switch in start position,. will sometimes hear the faint click from starter and other times nothing. Question on ignition switch is it shows fuel quantity sometimes and nothing other times just by rotating ignition switch.
