Overhead compass and temp. Cannnot turn it on. Fuses are ok.

This is a common thing with the compass /temperature display in the Tacomas.There are two tiny surface mount pieces that become loose from the circuit board they say 510 on them... they need to be soldered back to the circuit board. A Toyota dealership would be the best route to ensure it's done right not cheaply done by a money hungry shade tree Mechanic trying to pull one over on you and it will be done by a technician whom has probably done it before
