A/C won't turn on I replaced , resistior ,blower motor, relays , fuse, and connector

Are you saying there is no air blowing at all? If it's air flow, then among it really only could be a blown fuse, climate control issue, wiring issue, resistor or blower motor. Since you've replaced "everything", have a very close look at the wiring to see if there is any sign of overheating, melting or damage at the connectors. You'll need to test the circuit with test equipment (voltmeter / ohmmeter).
