What is your question?
My husband has a 2003 Toyota Tacoma 4WD. The driver headrest is shot. They are up to 700 bucks to order. Is there a Toyota model that has the same size I could find easier on Ebay or something- a 4Runner, Corolla, etc that would fit. Im not finding many options online - Is thre a Toyota Pick & Pull I could call or something? Yes, its for Christmas.
How long has your 2003 Toyota Tacoma had this problem?

Hi, this is Bo, an auto expert on RepairPal's Car Genius team! Ah, the gift of safety *and* comfort! For your 2003 Tacoma, headrests from other Toyota models, like the 4Runner or Tundra, might work since Toyota often reuses parts across vehicles. However, sizing and post spacing can vary, so you'll need to check compatibility. Your best bet is visiting a local pick-and-pull salvage yard—just give them your Tacoma's details, and they can usually check inventory or suggest compatible parts. Also, look for online forums like ToyotaNation; those folks are pros at hunting down interchangeable parts. As for eBay, search by part number (grab it from the base of the headrest or online diagrams). It can help narrow down options and dodge guesswork. If all else fails, a universal headrest cover might be a budget-friendly stopgap until you find the right fit.
