Truck wont start. Battery good. Won't turn over at all. Headlights work.

Hello, "battery good" isn't making sense with your symptoms. What test have you performed on your battery? What are the results of that test? Sound completely like a battery concern. Other than that, I suppose check all cables to ensure they are clean and securely attached, and check any blown fuses. But I'd circle back to a suspect battery.
