In the past few days, my truck has developed a squak when I barely push on the accelerator. It os not constant, only when I barely press on the accelator

This could be so many things, start with making sure that your belts are not glazed or loose. You can try spraying some WD-40 on them, to see if the noise changes at all. The WD-40 will not hurt anything. Then try the same with your suspension bushings, especially in the front.
