120,000+ miles Replaced the rack & pinion, the tie rod and did a realignment Still has play in the steer wheel

If all of your suspension components are good: Ball Joints, control arm bushings etc. You may want to take a look at your steering yoke. It looks like a small universal joint, located just above where the steering column meets the rack assy. In fact check the condition of the entire steering column. Have someone move steering wheel back and forth slightly (the amount of play in wheel)and follow the components till you see what's moving and what's not.
My apologies for not thanking you sooner. I really appreciate your help and the suggestion on what to check. Haven't had the chance yet to check everything, but when I do will let you know. Again thanks for your help.
